Dinner is served! Lobster Rolls


Inspired by my visit from New England and Shape magazine, this week for What's for Dinner? Wednesday I served up some Healthy Lobster Rolls.  Check out the full recipe here

A traditional lobster roll tends to be marred by the additional of too much butter and mayo.  This version uses a little butter to toast the roll, but is otherwise all meat (and some flavoring from a few herbs).
