Dinner is served! Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Mushrooms, Tomatoes,and Chicken

Dinner is served! Here's the finished product: Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Chicken. I don't know about you, but I can't tell the dough is made of Cauliflower, eggs, and cheese just by looking at the picture.  The taste is of course, slightly different than your average pizza. However, we think you'll enjoy this unique pizza that can be a great gluten free, vegetarian option or well, whatever you want it to be.  You can pick your toppings.  We used fat free shredded cheddar cheese for our dough, but feel free to use your favorite cheese.
